Job Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized professional with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Ensure compliance with Lenovo's policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Proficiency in technical tools and software applications.
