Job Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized professional with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Lenovo's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in technical tools and software applications.
