Project Strategy Lead

The Project Strategy Lead will oversee project planning and control across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps using advanced scheduling tools for complex projects.
  • Establish project baselines, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated project planning and execution.

Project Monitoring & Control:

  • Implement robust project monitoring systems, dashboards, and progress reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze project metrics such as cost, time, productivity, and resource utilization to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks through proactive management and mitigation strategies.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor project planning teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and standardize best practices, templates, and processes for project planning and execution across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project schedules with business objectives, client requirements, and contractual obligations.

Strategic Planning & Support:

  • Provide strategic planning inputs for tender development, bid schedules, and resource forecasting to support business growth.
  • Support the development of risk management plans, claim preparation, and project recovery strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure alignment of project schedules with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in project planning and execution for complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in advanced project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing project planning teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in managing global projects with diverse stakeholders and teams.
