Project Lead Opportunity

The Project Lead will oversee various projects from inception to completion, driving project strategy and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring to mitigate risks and address challenges promptly. Your leadership capabilities will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope and objectives ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to enhance process efficiency
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status
  • Act as the point of contact for all project-related matters and facilitate communication between stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role with a strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing teams and building relationships
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
