Project Leadership Role

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee the successful execution of projects. This involves developing comprehensive project scope, Gantt charts, budgets, and safety plans in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities include prioritizing projects, allocating resources, conducting client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
  • MIS Reporting: Monthly reports to senior management on engineering, design, and project execution.
  • Process Improvements: Developing SOPs, policies, and checklists, and implementing change initiatives.
  • Team Development: Building necessary skills and technical competency within the team.
  • Documentation: Maintaining proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP.
  • Coordination: Working with other departments, including sales, purchase, and asset management teams.
  • Vendor Management: Empanelling, developing, and managing execution vendors for flawless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 18-22 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
