Project Manager Position

At our organization, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage projects effectively. The successful candidate will lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and internal resources, and ensure projects meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with 8-15 years of project management experience and proficiency in English.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation, and conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff. Additionally, they will need to optimize and improve processes and approaches where necessary and secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field
  • 8-15 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Preferred skills include familiarity with project management software tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
