Project Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Product Implementation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Establish and manage communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Triage project requirements and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Lead implementation teams and close out client projects post-go-live.
  • Generate change requests and strive for additional revenue opportunities where applicable.
  • Deliver client requirements within agreed project timelines and ensure all objectives are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client support.
  • Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into production.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and management regarding potential project schedule impacts.
  • Maintain and provide project status and progress data as requested by management.
  • Train self and team members on implementation processes and client data validation.
  • Hands-on experience in project management using various tools and activities such as estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Good understanding of design and solution processes is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in handling fixed-price projects and restricting scope creep and resource wastage.

  • Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
