Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
