Oracle JD Edwards Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle JD Edwards support consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting and maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for global customers, ensuring optimal application performance and proposing added-value solutions.

This role requires effective collaboration in a remote team environment, with availability during European business hours.

  • Provide first- and second-line support for customers, meeting service level agreements.
  • Liaise with internal applications teams/external suppliers to communicate issues and ensure application fixes meet business requirements.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem management, minimising recurring incidents.
  • Support junior consultants with functional questions and lead projects/on-boarding activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and customers, ensuring open communication and successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution according to prioritisation and communicate effectively on status.
  • Act as Lead consultant or SME for assigned customers, participating in customer meetings as required.
