Expert Process Implementer

The role of a Transformation Process Specialist involves ensuring seamless transitions during organizational changes, such as mergers or acquisitions. With expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and project execution across multiple modules, this specialist will design and implement processes for divestiture scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement JDE processes for customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
Functional Expertise:
- Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences, and intercompany transactions.
Integration & Data Migration:
- Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
Process Documentation & Testing:
- Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
- Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
