As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead finance transformation initiatives within our organization.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and rollouts, ensuring seamless business alignment.

  • Work closely with the FICO team to develop a support model that aligns with business objectives.
  • Drive cross-domain integration of FI with PS (Project Systems), CO (Controlling), MM, SD, and PP.
  • Implement Product Costing, including costing runs, material ledger, variance analysis, and integration with FI/CO.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive finance reporting strategies to support business growth.
  • Configure and support treasury, BRS, and APP functionalities.
  • Leverage S/4HANA Cloud for innovative finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Experts (BPEs) and stakeholders to define requirements, identify gaps, and optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10–14 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Product Costing.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (FI–PS, FI–MM, FI–SD, FI–PP).
  • Experience in treasury, BRS, APP, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience with Jira and SAP CALM.
