  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support to meet service level agreements
  • Create functional solutions based on defined business requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure application fixes and changes meet business needs
  • Initiate and manage relationships between Global Support teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively on the status of issues being dealt with
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years Oracle JD Edwards E1 finance experience
  • Experience of all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2
  • Domain expertise in all core finance modules
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A highly driven and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills
  • A strong team player with ability to collaborate in a remote working environment
