Job Title: Campus Placements Strategist

Overview:

The ideal candidate has first-hand experience in managing campus placements, strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of freshers' recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with corporates to drive home opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
  • Manage corporate connections to build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring teams.
  • Utilize existing recruiter networks to open doors for new hiring opportunities.
  • Conduct discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position the learner pool effectively.
  • Own the entire recruitment process lifecycle, including JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students effectively.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
