About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping career prospects of students by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate recruiters. Your primary responsibility will be to create a network that benefits both parties, promoting mutual growth and understanding.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruiter Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with corporate recruiters across various industries.
    • Proactively outreach to new companies for campus placements and internships.
    • Serve as the point of contact between recruiters and the organization.
  • Placement Operations:
    • Plan, organize, and execute placement drives (on-campus and virtual).
    • Coordinate logistics for recruiter visits, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and databases.
  • Student Support & Preparation:
    • Mentor and guide students on resume building, interview readiness, and professional conduct.
    • Provide students with job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
    • Address student queries related to job opportunities, placement policy, and interview processes.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed statistics on placements, offers, CTC trends, and industry benchmarks.
    • Prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Institutional Branding & Outreach:
    • Represent the organization at career fairs, HR conclaves, and networking events.
    • Enhance visibility of the institution in the corporate community.
