About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Biopharmaceutical Consultant to join our team at Lifelancer, a talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma and IT. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on biopharmaceutical intelligence, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of drug development and commercialization processes, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evidence Generation: Conduct secondary data analytics and primary research to gather insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and product development.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with project teams to analyze findings, develop insights, and create client presentations that deliver a linear, evidence-based story on the topics in focus.
  • Conference Attendance: Attend key conferences, interact with experts, and cover symposia, presentations, posters, and booths.
  • Maintenance of Knowledge Assets: Build data repositories linked to specific therapeutic areas and market and regulatory dynamics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD with a strong background in life sciences, such as biotechnology, pharmacology, or related fields.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, academia, or consultancy organizations.
  • Experience in primary research within the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with global colleagues and contribute to client reports.
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
