Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients across the globe. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and answer questions to resolve issues promptly. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary and meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international customer support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
