Customer Experience Manager for Global Expansion

 

  • We are looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead our team of Support Engineers in delivering exceptional customer experience across the globe.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical services that support our customers worldwide. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience, leveraging Service-Oriented Architecture, mobile platforms, user experience, analytics, and data mining.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business teams, to drive global launches and expansions.
  • Managing a growing team of Support Engineers, ensuring high service availability, driving process and service improvements, and translating team innovation into operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of development/technical support experience, with at least 2+ years as an individual contributor or manager.
  • 3+ years of team management experience, with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Able to hire and develop great people, with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
