We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Senior Technical Process Executives for our Windows Support Chat Process. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and delivering exceptional support, this is an excellent opportunity to take your technical support career to the next level.


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues. You will provide fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support while creating a positive experience by showing empathy and patience while troubleshooting.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries, typing speed of 35 WPM or higher, and any graduate or postgraduate degree.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Typing Speed: 35 WPM or higher (mandatory)
  • Technical Experience: Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications: Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
