Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining component specifications, ensuring they align with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • This role involves reviewing and approving engineering drawings, collaborating with design teams to verify drawing accuracy and completeness.
  • The successful candidate will validate bill of materials (BOMs), datasheets, and 3D models, while also cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sourcing, quality, and production teams.
  • Maintaining component libraries and standardizing components to reduce part proliferation is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The Senior Technical Specialist will ensure specifications meet relevant international standards, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and handle engineering change requests (ECRs) and change orders (ECOs).
  • This position also involves supporting new product introduction (NPI) processes, participating in the design and review of new components, and qualifying new suppliers based on technical specification capability.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
