Job Description

As a seasoned Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing IBM Sterling Order Management solutions for clients. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless integration of these solutions with existing systems and processes.

You will lead the implementation process, collaborating closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. This involves translating client needs into system configurations and customizations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Implement and customize IBM Sterling Order Management solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize software to meet specific client needs.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM Sterling Order Management software.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Order Management (Sterling 9.1).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in custom database extensions, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
  • Minimum 2 years development experience in XML and DOM parser.
  • Minimum 5 years development experience in building web applications.
  • Experience building Stored Procedures and SQL functions.
  • Experience with distributed version control systems like GIT.
  • Experience with system integrations using JMS and web services (SOAP).
