Lead ETL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead ETL developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management and analysis, with expertise in ETL tools and data warehouse concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement large-scale ETL processes for complex data environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into DevOps environments.
  • Design and maintain complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices for ETL development and testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ETL testing, data quality assurance, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, querying, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, data models, and database management systems (DBMS).
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments, data lakes, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation.
