About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item master data in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This includes product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, and other relevant information.

In addition to managing item master data, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate vendor master data, including pricing, lead times, and key attributes. You will need to regularly update transit time data for vendor distribution center combinations and ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular audits and validations.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments. You will need to collaborate with sourcing, planning, and procurement teams to resolve data-related issues and generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, vendor performance, inventory, supply chain KPIs, and other relevant metrics.

You will also be responsible for consolidating data from multiple systems for management dashboards and scorecards and supporting ad-hoc reporting needs of business and senior leadership. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools, as well as the ability to automate and optimize reporting processes.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, information technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in MIS/reporting/master data management, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
