Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the development and execution of strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new features or products that support business growth while optimizing user experience.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
  • Ensure success and achievement of business objectives (P&L, customers onboarded, activated) for assigned categories.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment aggregators, and third-party service providers for the B2B product.
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them, ensuring fast closures.
  • Cultivate profitable relationships with key staff in client companies.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations, and competition.

Product Enablement:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our company's products and offerings. Create business models and high-end decks as part of product pitches.
  • Work with product, certification, tech, and other departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
  • Manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously in an effective and timely manner.
  • Prepare dashboards and trackers for management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
  • Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
