Procurement Lead

As a skilled procurement lead, you will oversee end-to-end sourcing projects, focusing on value creation, speed optimization, and compliance assurance. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will gain insight into business requirements and negotiate with suppliers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop RFPs/RFXs that align with corporate controls, audits, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage contract remediation processes, encompassing Data Privacy, OCIR, Data Transfer Agreements, and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiate and supervise third-party Supplier Control Obligations (SCOs).
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and buying channel optimizations.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably within technology procurement in financial services.
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, vendor management, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven track record in contractual review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology.
  • Regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, OCIR, etc.).
Essential Qualities:
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
