Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

The Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a vital role in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and serving as an ambassador at every interaction.

  • Lead the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers, focusing on direct sourcing and strategic talent management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for hiring needs, providing expert guidance and advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting and market intelligence.
  • Counsel candidates on preparation for selection stages, ensuring they meet targeted skills and abilities.
  • Provide professional advice and feedback to candidates in accordance with best practices.
  • Utilize specialist market knowledge to develop and manage pre-qualified talent pools, enhancing the quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to hiring managers, informing their decision-making processes.
  • Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues, maintaining a secure and compliant recruitment environment.
  • Manage requisitions through accurate documentation of recruitment-related data, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
  • Coach candidates on preparation for selection stages, ensuring they meet expectations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, interview, and recommend select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities.
  • Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, vendors, etc.
  • Highly skilled in handling multiple senior stakeholders, partners, and overall client-facing environment.
  • Advisory mindset and well-connected industry network.
