Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter–Sourcer to support our bulk hiring needs in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vertical. This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their sourcing expertise, partner closely with recruiters, and build a strong foundation in strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Support interview coordination and feedback tracking.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Prepare weekly sourcing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, with a proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.

This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
