Job Overview

We seek an Oracle HCM Functional Lead with extensive experience in implementing cloud solutions and delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HCM business processes, data flow, and HR module functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, design configuration, and test implementations.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR modules, including OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Absence Management.

The selected candidate will have a strong background in HCM, with experience in end-to-end implementations and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can provide excellent leadership and technical expertise.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM, with expertise in the hire to retire cycle.
  • Expert working experience in at least one or more of the following modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, Benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
