Oracle Fusion HRIS Implementation Expert

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to drive business success. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure and maintain various HCM modules, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.

Some of the key areas of focus include:

  • Configuring Timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Developing and enhancing Fast Formulas for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and Reports and HCM Extracts.
  • Managing security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently.
