Job Title: HCM Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core HR and Payroll, as well as the ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Immediate Joiner with valid Indian passport required.
