Sales and Business Development Leader for GCC Market

This role is about developing a strong sales pipeline and driving revenue growth within the sector. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers in the GCC space across North India, and building deep relationships with BFSI clients.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, software services selling to organizations of all sizes, and achieving annual revenue targets. They should have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with large deal sales, particularly in outsourcing and transformation.
You will also be expected to develop and perform strategic prospecting activities to generate pipeline and grow territory. A strong solution selling background and ability to land and expand in the acquired customer base are essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. If you're a self-starter with high motivation and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
