Integrated Training Experience

This hands-on cross-functional traineeship offers a unique blend of business operations and brand development exposure. You'll gain experience through broad initial training, followed by specialization in Business Operations or Brand Development.

We're seeking 2 trainees to undergo this integrated training program, with the potential to transition into full-time roles after completion.

Program Structure

Months 1–3: Integrated Training Phase

Candidates will work across both Business Operations and Brand Development, collaborating on major initiatives.

Months 4–9: Specialization Stream

Trainees will transition into their primary specialization based on strengths, interests, and business needs while maintaining cross-functional collaboration.

Post-Program:

The traineeship is designed as a pathway into full-time roles with expanded responsibilities and revised compensation packages, allowing for continued growth within the company.
