  • Provide presales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering technical insights and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, proposals, and tenders.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any AV-related issues during projects.
  • Ensure all AV installations comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Electrical, or AV-related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV techno-commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, including audio, video conferencing, and integration systems.
  • Proven ability to work on both technical and commercial sides of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using AV software and tools.
  • Experience with preparing tenders, proposals, and technical documentation.
