  • Client Relations & Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and potential buyers.
  • Offer property advice and guidance to clients based on current market trends and their specific needs.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends, commercial property values, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct property research to provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
  • Help set pricing strategies and marketing approaches for commercial properties based on market conditions.
  • Marketing & Promotion:

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial real estate software.
  • Knowledge of relevant commercial property management systems and listing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
