About this Opportunity:

As a senior leadership professional, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic processes to drive growth initiatives for Leap Scholar. You will lead a team of experienced counsellors and team managers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.

  • You will be responsible for owning a regional profit and loss account, guiding your team towards achieving key performance metrics.
  • Leads a high-performing team of 80-100 counsellors and team managers by exhibiting exceptional leadership skills through building strong teams, driving process improvements, creating a superlative work environment, bringing a customer-centric approach, and leading the organization to exponential growth.
  • Works collaboratively with a talented and passionate team to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model.
  • Audits, oversees, and implements all operational initiatives for the organization, efficiently managing teammates.
  • Leverages a high degree of independence and decision-making autonomy to drive the team's 10X growth by owning the end-to-end process from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel.

Ideal Candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing profit and loss with a team of 50+ professionals.
  • Experience scaling teams and designing processes across multiple companies, with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Exceptional skills in operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics.
  • Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Builds a strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
