Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate individual to lead our team of overseas education counselors. As a Branch Manager – cum – Sr. Counsellor, you will be responsible for shaping students' futures by providing expert guidance and support throughout their educational journey.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in overseas education counseling, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business performance. They will possess strong counseling and leadership skills to manage student journeys end-to-end, from initial consultation to successful placement.

  • Counseling and advising students on higher education opportunities
  • Leading and motivating a team of counselors to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive branch performance
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding our network of contacts
