Job Title: Senior Business Manager

Overview
  • Leads a team of professionals in achieving business excellence through effective leadership, strategic planning, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Coaches and develops team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Standardizes and automates processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Process Optimization

  • Ensures the accurate and timely setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in systems.
  • Manages training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • Builds and maintains relationships between the GCC, business unit, and stakeholders.

Master Data Management Activities Execution

  • Ensures the Master Data team is managed within agreed timescales and quality levels.
  • Conducts quality checks of master data setup to prevent infractions from impacting business operations or customer relationships.
  • Ensures end-to-end process management of master data for efficient execution.

General Management Activities

  • Manages MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets, including sustainability models and action plans for open issues.
  • Develops backup plans for 100% team coverage.
  • Maintains the Training Tracking Tool and creates action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Ensures SLA/KPI achievement, monthly updates, quality monitoring of team performance, and takes actions to close gaps.
  • Maintains/update process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards.
  • Reviews and recommends enhancements for improving workflow efficiency.
  • Performs routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one, etc.) in accordance with Excellence Program.
  • Communicates effectively with team and external parties, ensuring positive interaction.
  • Shares best practices within the overall business.
  • Assists in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.

People Management Activities

  • Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and training requirements.
  • Equips the team with necessary resources and support to perform duties effectively.
  • Executes administrative tasks related to people management.
  • Creates and maintains a positive work environment.
  • Executes People Cycle in accordance with Excellence Program (targets setting and cascading, competency appraisal, operational performance review, personal development plans, recovery plans, etc.).
  • Strategizes and executes People plan, ensuring timely delivery with expected quality.
