Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new business issuance.
  • This includes managing work-in-progress and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless business continuity.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Daily progress on work-in-progress to meet monthly targets.
  • Clearing field work-in-progress on a daily basis for issuance.
  • Regular governance calls with hub teams are essential.
  • Managing end-to-end work-in-progress processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Delivering reports and analysis on various business parameters to inform improvement plans.
  • Enabling distribution teams with data sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with internal departments on report automation initiatives.
  • Creating presentations for senior management as needed.
Process Control and Monitoring:
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Documenting and controlling changes in existing processes.
  • Processing service requests according to defined service level agreements.
Projects and Continuous Improvement:
  • Benchmarking internally and externally to establish best-in-class delivery and quality standards.
  • Rolling out new guidelines for distribution adherence.
People Development:
  • Developing team members to perform effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Management.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • 5 years in relationship management and Banca operations management.
  • Solid understanding of Bancassurance or Banking Operations Model & operations processes.
  • Strong communication & analytical skills.
  • Excellent data skills and solution-centric approach.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Process documentation and systems approach.
  • Computer skills in using databases and office management software including spreadsheets/presentation skills.
