Business Process Analyst Opportunity

This role involves driving business growth and process improvement by analyzing needs and developing solutions that enhance operations. As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with our talented team to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying requirements across business units and evaluating system processes through analysis of business objectives, drivers, and success metrics
  • Documenting business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for review and delivery to the development team using agile methodologies
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintaining system processes, including the delivery of regular status reports to relevant parties
  • Participating in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies, including configuration within software packages
  • Identifying change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business with minimal disruption to activities
