Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly capable Salesforce professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.

  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform across sales, service, and marketing functions.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types.
  • Create and refine automation using flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with account engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data architecture.
