Job Role: Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of our Salesforce CPQ system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional expert for Salesforce CPQ, driving successful implementations and enhancements.
  • Define and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes, including Service Contracts and Entitlements.
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles, rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting.
  • Implement Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals).
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Support Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
  • Perform root cause analysis for issues and recommend solutions.
  • Drive data migration/integration projects using Salesforce Data Loader, SQL, and SOQL queries.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Proven hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience (certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes.
  • Functional expertise in product/bundle setup, rules, guided selling, pricing, discounting, approvals.
  • Experience in Service Contracts and Entitlement management.
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite integrations or other ERP platforms.
  • Exposure to Agile modeling sessions & DevOps tools.
