Job Title:

Senior Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce expert to spearhead our R&D and Innovation team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce COE, Presales, and Engineering Excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop innovative demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and reusable assets that push the boundaries of Salesforce capabilities.
    • Lead R&D efforts to drive business growth and technical excellence through strategic implementation of Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions using Salesforce technology.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, preferably in a Center of Excellence role.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce data cloud, agent force, Einstein AI, and Tableau Next.
  • Experience with Agent Framework, LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP Server, and A2A scenarios.
  • Certifications in Data Cloud, Agent Force, Einstein Discovery, and Tableau.
