Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for helping design, migrate and managing the new Salesforce.com platform, including user setup, configuration, workflow, old CRM data migrationand maintenance. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and managing custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and dashboards. The role also includes conducting data quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training and support.

Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce.com Administration and managing validation rules
- Admin knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing modules is mandatory
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to create and manage dashboards
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users
- Prior experience with data quality checks and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
