Job Title: Admissions Manager

The primary responsibility of the Admissions Manager is to oversee and manage the entire admissions process for international students. This role involves leading a team of counsellors and admissions officers, ensuring seamless execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of counsellors and admissions executives, driving achievement of departmental targets.
  • Oversee the admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
  • Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
