Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical and driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Alwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, boosting admissions, building our online presence and mentoring students in digital marketing fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and manage performance-based digital campaigns across platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.
  • Develop and manage content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Track, analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and relevant tools.
  • Improve website SEO and manage basic website updates.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for marketing materials.
  • Lead student projects and give hands-on training in digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Organize workshops, webinars and promotional activities for brand awareness.
  • Generate leads for admissions and work closely with the admissions team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, agency or in-house.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics and Canva Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, funnels and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English and Hindi language proficiency.
