We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist cum Trainer to join our team at TIPS-G Alwar.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist cum Trainer will play a dual role – managing and executing digital marketing campaigns for TIPS-G while also training and mentoring students in the field of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience, hands-on knowledge of tools and platforms, and the ability to teach students in a practical and engaging way.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Paid Ads.
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage Google Analytics/Google Ads.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns for admissions and brand growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the academic and admissions teams for promotional campaigns.

As a Trainer

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, and case studies for students.
  • Guide students through hands-on projects and campaigns to ensure practical learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms to provide current industry knowledge.
  • Mentor students in career development, projects, and placement preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Practical expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, and Content Marketing.
  • Experience in training/teaching will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities (campaigns + training).
