Key Position: Automation Strategist

As an Automation Strategist, you will act as a liaison between our internal team and clients. This role involves overseeing automation projects from start to finish, guiding interns in setting up workflow automation systems, and ensuring that clients are kept informed of project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams by designing and implementing workflow automation systems using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier) and oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and other platforms via APIs/webhooks and monitor data pipeline quality for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients, including data cleaning, reports, and dashboards.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
