  • Provide strategic insights to design and content teams based on client feedback.

A successful Client Success Associate will possess:

  • Proven experience in client servicing or a similar role, preferably with an agency background.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and develop cutting-edge social media strategies.
