Job Description

As a champion of sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's eco-friendly approach. Your responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive strategies that align with global environmental standards.

You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to drive innovation in sustainability practices, promote green initiatives, and minimize our ecological footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sustainable initiatives that support long-term environmental goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new technologies and methods that enhance sustainability performance.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on sustainability practices and corporate responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required. 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate environment are essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001, are highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way to diverse audiences, are also crucial.
