Migration Expertise

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Migration Expert. This role will involve the design, management and optimisation of complex data migrations. The successful candidate will have experience in migrating large datasets from legacy platforms to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage and optimise complex data migrations
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies)
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into our production environments and supporting customer success during migration

Requirements:

  • Intelligent applicants with complex problem-solving skills required
