Job Title: Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Migration Specialist. This key role involves designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations using AI coding assistants and database technologies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in conducting customer migrations, transforming data, and migrating large datasets efficiently. They will work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift, ensuring seamless integration with our data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage complex data migrations using AI coding assistants and database technologies.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) to ensure efficient data migration and transformation.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including injecting new data into production environments and supporting customer success during migrations.
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.
Requirements:
  • At least 20+ customer migration experiences, with a focus on transforming data to onboard customers into software/solutions.
  • Internal migration experience as a data engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills in conjunction with AI coding assistants and database technologies (AWS, Redshift, dbt, SQL).
