Project Co-ordinator

You will be responsible for implementing a project management framework to deliver corporate interior fit-out projects. This includes managing multiple projects from design to procurement and construction stages, while ensuring client needs are met and business objectives are achieved.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementing a project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and controlling changes/variations to ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
  • Coordinating teamwork between project stakeholders, ensuring project managers work cooperatively with client SMEs and keep them informed of project status.
  • Supporting in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners throughout the project.
  • Establishing formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and company stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
